New Trailer: International trailer for Les Miserables Movie

A  new international trailer has been released for the forthcoming Les Miserables movie.

The stunning new trailer features a first-look at the singing performances of Hugh Jackman and Russell Crowe – who play Jean Valjean and Javert in the big-screen adaptation of Claude-Michel Schönberg and Alain Boublil’s musical.

The movie has a UK release date of 11 January 2013 (US release 25 December 2012 – see worldwide release dates here).

The stage show is the world’s longest running musical and expectations are high for the movie version, which is directed by Oscar-winning The King’s Speech director Tom Hooper and produced by Working Title and the show’s producer Cameron Mackintosh.

The cast includes Hugh Jackman as Jean Valjean, Russell Crowe as Javert, Anne Hathaway as Fantine, Eddie Redmayne as Marius, Aaron Tveit as Enjolras, Amanda Seyfried as Cosette and Samantha Barks as Eponine.
