Billie The Kid musical to get semi-staged performance in London’s West End

New musical Billie The Kid will receive its West End premiere in a semi-staged production at the Vaudeville Theatre in London’s West End.

Billed as a ‘new kind of love story’ Billie The Kid is set in the bible belt of America and follows dirt poor Billie whose hell-bent on making a better life for herself and her loveable if redneck best friend and boyfriend Brody. When she discovers he’s been trading dirty DM’s with the school queer punk rocker – Billie finds herself at the heart of a new love story .

This new British musical with music and lyrics by Gez Mercer, book by Conway McDermott and Gez Mercer, directed by Kerry Kyriacos Michael, is being semi-staged in front of a live audience for the first time. 

Billie The Kid – A New Musical will be staged on 13 and 20 November at the Vaudeville Theatre London.
