The soundtrack for West End play Brokeback Mountain has been released, with music by Dan Gillespie Sells (Everybody’s Talking About Jamie).
The music is sung by acclaimed musician Eddi Reader (Fairground Attraction), who plays the Balladeer and Jack’s Mother in the show, along with her band: Sean Green (piano/MD), Meelie Traill (upright bass), Julian Jackson (chromatic harmonica), BJ Cole (pedal steel guitar).
Brokeback Mountain is currently in its last weeks at the @sohoplace theatre in London, starring Mike Faist (Dear Evan Hansen on Broadway, West Side Story film) as Jack and Academy Award nominated Lucas Hedges (Manchester By The Sea, Boy Erased) as Ennis.

The show is based on Annie Proulx’s novel, which was turned into a blockbuster, Oscar-winning movie directed by Ang Lee.
Set in Wyoming, US, in 1963, when Ennis and Jack take jobs on the isolated Brokeback Mountain, all their certainties of life change forever as they flounder in unexpected emotional waters of increasing depth.
