New casting has been announced for the West End production of Jersey Boys at the Trafalgar Theatre in London.
Luke Suri and Karl James Wilson will continue in the roles of Frankie Valli and Nick Massi with Peter Nash (Singin’ in the Rain UK tour) set to play Tommy De Vito and Declan Egan returning to the role of Bob Gaudio, to complete the Four Season.
Joining them will be Joey Cornish as Joe Pesci, Joseph Peters as Bob Crewe, Andy Barke as Gyp De Carlo, Kirsty Whelan as Mary Delgado, Oliver Tester as Norm Waxman/Hank Majewski, Jacob McIntosh as Barry Belson, Gracie Lai as Lorraine, Rosie Needham as Francine, Danny Knott, Bonnie Page, Olly Manley, Daniel Parkinson, Matthew Lawrence and Pearce Barron.
The new cast begin performances later this month on 26 July 2023.
Written by Marshall Brickman & Rick Elice, with music by Bob Gaudio and lyrics by Bob Crewe, this Olivier Award-winning show tells the incredible true story of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons, a group of ordinary guys from New Jersey who became an international singing sensation. The production first opened on Broadway 18 years ago.
The acclaimed jukebox musical is full of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons’ greatest hits including Beggin’, Sherry, Walk Like A Man, December, 1963 (Oh What a Night), Big Girls Don’t Cry, My Eyes Adored You, Let’s Hang On (To What We’ve Got), Bye Bye Baby, Can’t Take My Eyes Off You, Working My Way Back to You, Fallen Angel, Rag Doll and Who Loves You.
