Wicked announces new UK & Ireland tour

Smash-hit West End and Broadway musical Wicked has announced a brand new UK and Ireland tour.

The show will visit 10 cities including Edinburgh, Dublin and Birmingham from 7 December 2023 to 12 January 2025.

The acclaimed show continues to wow audiences at the Apollo Victoria Theatre in London and is now in its 17th year having recently celebrated its 16th birthday in London. The show also recently announced a new cast for 2023, including Alexia Khadime and Lucy St. Louis .

Wicked is one of the most successful musicals of all time, and the tour will open at the Edinburgh Playhouse on 7 December 2023, visiting Bristol, Birmingham, Bradford, Southampton, Liverpool, Dublin, Sunderland, Cardiff and Manchester, where it will conclude at the Palace Theatre for Christmas 2024/5.

The tour will have a huge cast, orchestra, company and crew of 82 people, plus an additional 20 people employed in each city.
