West End’s Wonderville confirms winter line-up of musical concerts

West End venue Wonderville has announced a winter series of musical concerts featuring stars from hit musicals Wicked, Heathers, SIX and The Phantom of the Opera. Called Spotlight on the Future the concert series isa produced by Future Spotlight Productions.

Artistic Director of Future Spotlight Productions, Louis Rayneau, today said: “Thrilled that this wonderful project created from a 3am idea in Lockdown is making its return in an innovative way and in the heart of west end. I am so thankful and grateful to all at Wonderville for letting us create magic in their incredible space; inside Wonderville is truly a next level experience and so unique. The line ups and surprises we have in store are EPIC! Don’t miss out as there’s only limited spaces and limited dates this winter season…”

London’s newest cabaret and comedy venue will host five concerts this December with each performance featuring special guests and unexpected surprises, as well as your chance to hear your favourite musical theatre hits. Each concert features established West End stars teaming up with new musical theatre graduates to perform together.

The first performance on 4 December will feature Freddie King (JD in Heathers) and Laura Pick (Elphaba in Wicked); Erin Caldwell (Pretty Woman / Heathers) and May Tether (Heathers) will star on 5 December; Maria Coyne (The King and I /The Phantom of the Opera / Wicked) and Sabrina Aloueche (We Will Rock You /Les Misérables / Starlight Express) will headline on Sunday 18 December; Ross Harmon (Heathers) and Amy Di Bartolomeo (SIX the Musical / We Will Rock You) will be on Tuesday 20 December; there will also be a performance on Monday 12 December with surprise guests to be revealed.
