Funny Girl on Broadway has released new production pics as Lea Michele kicked off her run as Fanny Brice on 6 September 2022 at the August Wilson Theatre.
Also starting that night was Tovah Feldshuh as Fanny’s mother. Initial reviews for Lea and Tovah have been positive, although the official opening night is still not for a few weeks.
The cast also includes Ramin Karimloo as Nick Arnstein, Jared Grimes as Eddie Ryan, Peter Francis James as Florenz Ziegfeld, Ephie Aardema as Mrs. Nadler, Debra Cardona as Mrs. Meeker, Toni DiBuono as Mrs. Strakosh, and Martin Moran as Tom Keeney.
