Tom Ratcliffe is an award winning playwright and actor.
His new play Wreckage was a hit at the 2022 Edinburgh Fringe festival and and subsequently transferred to the Turbine Theatre in London.
His play Fame Whore is played at the King’s Head Theatre from 5 to 29 October 2022, starring Gigi Zahir.
His debut play Circa premiered at the Theater de Meervaart, Amsterdam in 2016. Other works includes Evelyn at the Southwark Playhouse and Mercury Theatre starring Rula Lenska.
Tom trained as an actor at The Oxford School of Drama, graduating in 2015. He has performed at venues including the Park Theatre, Rose Theatre Kingston and Marlowe Theatre, Canterbury.
His screen credits include ‘Once Upon a Time in London’ (Gateway Films / Netflix).
In 2020 was the recipient of the JB Priestley Award for Writers of Promise.
