Cynthia Erivo BBC Proms at the Royal Albert Hall now on BBC iPlayer

UK audiences can now watch Cynthia Erivo’s extraordinary concert at the Royal Albert Hall on the BBC’s iPlayer streaming service.

Part of this year’s BBC Proms, Cynthia Erivo: Legendary Voices starred Grammy Award-winning vocalist Cynthia Erivo, who was joined by the BBC Concert Orchestra on Sunday 17 July 2022 for a special concert at the Royal Albert Hall.

The concert celebrated the legendary women who have inspired Cynthia including artists such as Nina Simone, Shirley Bassey, Billie Holiday and Gladys Knight.

Cynthia Erivo has won a number of major awards including a Grammy, Daytime Emmy, and a Tony Award – for her performance in The Color Purple on Broadway. She is about to star in the two new movies based on the stage musical Wicked.
