A major new production of Aeschylus’ The Oresteia, written and directed by Simon Stone (Yerma, Phaedra), comes to London’s Bridge Theatre from 2 July – 19 September 2026, In the play, a contemporary family wakes up in a Greek myth and can’t seem to find a way out of their hellish destiny.
Two-time Tony Award winner Mary-Louise Parker (Weeds) and David Morrissey (Sherwood, Tip Toe) lead the cast alongside Tom Glynn-Carney (House of the Dragon) and Rosie Sheehy (Machinal). Australian director Simon Stone returns to the Bridge following his acclaimed 2025 staging of The Lady from the Sea.
