Much-loved comedian, actor and TV star Tom Allen is joining the cast of Olivier Award-winning West End musical Titanique.

Tom Allen will star as Ruth in the show, joining the company at the Criterion Theatre in London for a strictly limited six-week season from 4 March to 12 April 2026.

Acclaimed for his acerbic wit and riotous storytelling, Tom Allen is best known as an award-winning comedian, TV presenter and host. His TV shows include Cooking with the Stars, The Great British Bake Off: An Extra Slice, A League Of Their Own, 8 Out of 10 Cats, Cats Does Countdown, Would I Lie to You, Never Mind the Buzzcocks, and The Traitors: Uncloaked.

Why is Tom Allen going into Titanique? Tom loved Titanique when he first saw the show at its West End opening gala last January, calling it “a wonderful night at the theatre”. The musical is chock-a-block full of riotously camp humour and fun – perfect for Tom’s style of comedy. He is only making a six-week guest appearance, so we are expecting tickets to sell fast.

Titanique is the hilarious, madcap musical comedy that parodies the blockbuster movie Titanic, and features the iconic hits of Céline Dion, including “My Heart Will Go On”, “All By Myself”, and “To Love You More”.

The stars of Titanique

The current stars of Titanique include:

“I saw this show when it first opened and I loved it so much I had to see it again almost immediately. The laughs and camp spoofing are addictive and exactly what the world needs right now. I am beyond honoured to be joining this extremely talented cast and can’t wait to come aboard for my life boat drill! …wait, they do have enough lifeboats right?” – TOM ALLEN
