London theatre dance party experience Oscar at the Crown is getting a new star.

RuPaul’s Drag Race star Jan Sport will make her UK musical debut in the show, which is playing at a new underground venue The Crown on Tottenham Court Road.

Oscar at the Crown is also extending its run in London, and now playing to 30 October 2025.

Jan Sport (The Voice, America’s Got Talent, RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars) will star as Oscar Wilde in the show, performing from 12 September 2025

Jan Sport will take over from the show’s writer and current star Mark Mauriello.

Jan Sport said in a statement: “This has been a LONG time coming! I have been part of the Oscar at the Crown family since its conception in Boston in 2015, so when I got the call to come to London I couldn’t have said yes fast enough.

“To be able to return to this amazing show that my brilliant friends have created a decade later in my favorite city in the world feels like the best way to make my U.K. theatre debut. OSCAR is the most fun you can legally have in a theatre, and the cast I’m joining are off the charts talented. The venue that has been created specifically for the show in the middle of London sets the tone for an incredible piece of theatre and an unforgettable night out – so see you all at the bar for a drink, and see you at the show for a PARTY. LONDON!”
