Directed and choreographed by Casey Nicholaw (Disney’s Aladdin, The Book of Mormon) , the show has music by Jeff Richmond (30 Rock, Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt), lyrics by Nell Benjamin (Legally Blonde), and a book by the film’s screenwriter Tina Fey (30 Rock).

Based on Tina Fey’s 2004 film starring Lindsay Lohan, Mean Girls tells the story of a young girl who moves from the plains of Africa to a suburban high school in Illinois. She quickly learns that the wilds of Africa did not prepare her for the fierce and vicious manoeuvres of the popular girls in an American high school.
