Peaky Blinders’ Finn Cole will star in the European Premiere of Lucas Hnath’s Red Speedo – coming to the Orange Tree Theatre this July.
Cole, who is known for playing series regular Michael Gray in Peaky Blinders, will make his professional stage debut in the show which is directed by Matthew Dunster. Finn Cole’s screen credits include: An Inspector Calls, Animal Kingdom, Dreamland, Locked In, and the upcoming Last Breath.
Dunster recently directed West End shows Shirley Valentine with Sheridan Smith, The Pillowman with Lily Allen and 2:22 A Ghost Story.
Written by Lucas Hnath (A Doll’s House, Part 2), considered one of America’s most exciting contemporary playwrights, Red Speedo is a thrilling new play about elite sports and the unforgiving weight of success in a world where the only crime is getting caught.
Red Speedo runs from 13 July until 10 August 2024 at the Orange Tree Theatre London.
