Adjoa Andoh emerges from a Brixton rehearsal room. She has got an hour before diving back into preparations for a new production of Richard III that she is both directing and starring in as Shakespeare’s murderous “bottled spider”. She is also flitting between Richard of York and the fashionable, manoeuvring Lady Danbury, as filming con­tinues on the third series of Bridgerton.“There’s a lot going on,” she says, with understatement.
