Full casting has been announced for this Summer’s West End revival of Hello, Dolly! starring Imelda Staunton.

Previously announced lead cast includes Imelda Staunton (Netflix’s The Crown) as Dolly Levi, Andy Nyman (Ghost Stories, Fiddler on the Roof) as Horace Vandergelde, Jenna Russell (Flowers for Mrs Harris, EastEnders) as Irene Molloy, Harry Hepple (Follies, Romantics Anonymous) as Cornelius Hackl and Tyrone Huntley (Jesus Christ Superstar, Dreamgirls, The Book of Mormon) as Barnaby Tucker.

The production today announces that Emily Lane (Frozen, Theatre Royal Drury Lane) will play Minnie Fay.

The full company includes: Leo Abad, Craig Armstrong, Lindsay Atherton, Gemma Atkins, Alan Bradshaw, Jabari Braham, Kevin Brewis, Jenni Bowden, Daisy Boyles, Samara Casteallo, Olly Christopher, Brendan Cull, Hayley Diamond, Jacqueline Hughes, Ashlee Irish, Jodie Jacobs, Shirley Jameson, Paul Kemble, Emily Langham, Michael Lin, Amira Matthews, Laura Medforth, Matt Overfield, Tom Partridge, Wendy-Lee Purdy, Edwin Ray, Phil Snowden, Kraig Thornber, Gavin Wilkinson and Liam Wrate.

This highly anticipated, and much-delayed production will see Staunton reunite with Director Dominic Cooke, following their acclaimed production of Follies at the National Theatre.

Featuring music and lyrics by Jerry Herman and a book by Michael Stewart, the much-loved musical centres on widower Dolly Gallagher Levi – an esteemed and strong-willed matchmaker to New York’s great and good, who suddenly decides to match herself with shopkeeper Horace Vandergelder. 

It will play the Palladium from 6 July to 14 September 2024, for 10 weeks only.
