Chiwetel Ejiofor returns to the National Theatre in Carol Ann Duffy’s adaptation of Everyman.
Chiwetel Ejiofor is a Golden Globe, Academy, Bafta, Olivier and Ian Charleson award nominee with an Olivier Best Actor Award for Othello and Bafta award for 12 Years a Slave.
Ejiofor’s first big break came at the age of 19, when only three months into his course at LAMDA he was cast in Steven Spielberg’s production of Amistad. Since then he has become known for Dirty Pretty Things, Kinky Boots, Othello and most recently 12 Years a Slave.
His theatre credits include Everyman, Romeo and Juliet, Blue/Orange and Sparkle Shark all for the National with other theatre credits including Othello, The Seagull, The Vortex, Triumph of Love, Splash Hatch on the E Going Down, Macbeth.
Chiwetel Ejiofor TV credits include The Shadowline, Dancing on the Edge, Endgame, Tsunami: The Aftermath, Canterbury Tales: The Knight’s Tale, Twelfth Night, Trust, Murder in Mind,Mind Games, Deadly Voyage.
