Dan Skinner

Dan Skinner recently starred in the London revival of Enda Walsh’s darkly comic The Walworth Farce at Southwark Playhouse Elephant.

Dan Skinner is an actor and comedian best known for his character ‘Angelos Epithemiou’. He first debuted him as a permanent member of the BBC show Shooting Stars before taking him on a series of British comedy panel shows and TV specials.

A versatile actor, Skinner has starred in award-winning comedy and dramas alike; recent credits include a guest spot on The Crown, a recurring role in Sex Education and a gorgeous turn as the lead in Notes on Blindness. The latter won the Best Documentary award at the British Independent Film Awards and was nominated for four further BIFAS as well as three BAFTAs.

Skinner’s further television starring credits include The Witchfinder, This Time with Alan Partridge, Tracey Ullman’s Show, Yonderland, and The Kennedys. Further film credits include starring roles in Prevenge, Swallows and Amazons and High-Rise.
