Award-winning Slava’s Snowshow is getting a short UK tour later this year.
The tour will begin performances at New Theatre Cardiff on 15 October 2025 and will then visit Manchester, Nottingham, London, Birmingham and York. See below for tour dates and venues.
Slava’s SnowShow is a visual and musical extravaganza, set within an absurd and surrealistic world of ‘fools on the loose’. Each scene is a work of art, painting a surreal picture, including an unlikely shark swimming in a misty sea; clowns and the audience tangled up in a gigantic spider’s web; heart-breaking goodbyes with a coat rack on a railway platform; giant balloons; and an out-of-this-world snowstorm!
Award-winning entertainer Slava Polunin leads an international company from Italy, France, Ireland, Ukraine, Spain, USA and Canada.
Slava’s Snowshow debuted in the UK in 1996 at the Edinburgh Festival, and has gone on to play over 800 performances across the UK to over 1 million people, including a number of years at the Royal Festival Hall in London. The show returned to the UK last year, playing at the Harold Pinter Theatre in London’s West End and also in Sunderland and Brighton.
Creator Slava Polunin said: “SnowShow has been travelling the world every day for over 30 years, clowning is much more than laughter—it’s about seeing life from a poetic perspective, finding joy and emotions in the simple, the absurd, and the unexpected.
“The UK has always embraced our poetic universe, and I can’t wait to see how new audiences react and look forward to welcoming back familiar faces who saw SnowShow many years ago.”
