The smash-hit musical Priscilla Queen of the Desert is set to return to the UK in 2026, bringing its signature blend of glitz, disco anthems, and high-energy performances to audiences nationwide.
The upcoming UK & Ireland tour kicks off at the Palace Theatre in Manchester in February 2026, and then visits Glasgow, Liverpool, Southampton, Birmingham, Norwich, Newcastle, Edinburgh, Cardiff, Nottingham, Aylesbury, Woking, Canterbury, Belfast, Dublin, Brighton, Leicester, Bradford, and Truro.
Based on the Oscar-winning film, this spectacular stage adaptation follows three drag performers — Tick, Bernadette, and Adam, on a journey of self-discovery across the Australian outback aboard their beloved bus, Priscilla.

The show boasts extravagant costumes, electrifying dance numbers, and a soundtrack that includes some of the greatest disco hits of all time, including It’s Raining Men, I Will Survive, Hot Stuff, and Go West.
Press information released about the show describes it as a “heartfelt exploration and celebration of identity, diversity, and the journey toward self-acceptance. Challenging societal norms, and the importance of embracing one’s true self, the characters confront prejudice and adversity and discover the strength found in unity, friendship, and the beauty of authentic expression.”
The Priscilla Queen of the Desert tour is once again directed by Ian Talbot. The creative team also includes choreography by Matt Cole (Newsies), plus set and lighting design by Andrew Exeter.
Further creatives and casting is to be announced.
Produced by Mark Goucher (Hairspray, The Full Monty and Shrek), the show has previously enjoyed long runs in the West End and on Broadway, as well as multiple UK and international tours.
