Cirque du Soleil is headed back to London with their international hit show Corteo.
Celebrating 40 years of spectacular entertainment, Cirque du Soleil returns to the Royal Albert Hall for their 29th year with Cirque du Soleil – Corteo. Running from 9 January to 2 March 2025, Corteo transports you into a dreamlike world where reality and illusion intertwine, led by Mauro the clown who envisions a joyous carnival celebrated by angels.
Since premiering in Montreal in 2005, the show has travelled the world to critical acclaim and has been seen by 11 million people, in 22 countries, on 4 continents. Directed by Daniele Finzi Pasca, the show was significantly revamped in 2018. In a Cirque du Soleil first, the production at the Royal Albert Hall will be staged to give a unique perspective not only of the show, but also a performer’s eye view of the audience providing an atmosphere like never seen before in Cirque du Soleil shows.
As with all Cirque do Soleil shows this enchanting production features thrilling acrobatics, humour, captivating music, and fabulous costumes.

For the first time ever, Corteo will see Cirque du Soleil position the stage in the middle of the vast Royal Albert Hall, giving audiences a unique perspective on the action. The show is also the heaviest show that Cirque du Soleil has bought to the Royal Albert Hall, suspending a massive 67 tonnes (equivalent to 11 elephants!) from the grid.

Cirque du Soleil ‘s Corteo is playing in London for a strictly limited 8-week season from 9 January 2025 to 2 March 2025.
