Originally called the Whitehall Theatre; Paul Raymond turned the theatre into a tourist museum called The Whitehall Theatre Of War in the late 1970’s; Refurbished and reopened on 5 March 1986 with J. B. Priestley’s When We Are Married; The Whitehall Theatre closed on 15 November 2003 for major reconstruction work; The theatre split into two studio auditoriums, renamed the Trafalgar Studios, and reopened with the RSC’s Othello on 3 June 2004.
