Little Death Club – The Underbelly Festival Southbank The Spiegeltent, Underbelly Festival Southbank, London, Belvedere Road, London, SE1 8XX
ABOUT Little Death Club
Welcome to the darkest, funniest and most debauched kabarett club this side of Berlin!
A gin-soaked, Weimar-punk jazz band soundtracks a hazy night of dangerously funny kabarett, breathtaking circus and fire-breathing sideshow at its most inappropriate, provocative and hilarious best. Join über-award-winning kabarett superstar Bernie Dieter and her travelling family of misfits, miscreants and fantastic freaks for an unmissable night in the Spiegeltent.
Little Death Club is booking from 18 April 2019 until 23 June 2019 at The Speilgeltent, The Underbelly Festival Southbank, London.
WHAT’S IT ABOUT?
There’s a drag queen draped across the bar, a morose mime drowning his sorrows in a bottle of red, and a bearded lady dancing in the shadows as Bernie sips her gin and surveys her club and her prey. A cross between Lady Gaga, Marlene Dietrich and Frank-N-Furter in sequins, Bernie Dieter has stunned, aroused and terrified audiences worldwide with her lascivious charm, hilariously degenerate cut- throat wit and her deviant eye for debaucherous mayhem!
There is no fourth wall, no rules, and no seat is safe in this dark and defiant den of iniquity. Welcome to the Little Death Club where you can be whoever you want to be…
‘It’s an immersive party that you’ll definitely want to be a part of.’ Maelstrom
