Beverley Knight will return to the West End in 2024 starring as Delores Van Cartier in Sister Act at the Dominion Theatre (from 15 March to 8 June 2024).
Often referred to as the Queen of British Soul, as a singer, songwriter and record producer Beverley Knight has been one of the UK’s most consistent artists since the release of her debut album in 1995.
She has old over a million albums in the UK, scored several top 10’s and four gold certified albums as well as the platinum selling Voice: The Best Of Beverley Knight.
Knight has won three MOBO Awards, an Outstanding Achievement Award at the Urban Music Awards, been three times nominated for Best Female at the Brit Awards and twice nominated for the prestigious Mercury Music Prize.
She has presented four series of Radio 2 show Beverley’s Gospel Nights and appeared in two series of hit BBC1 show Just The Two Of Us as well as appearing on stage with the likes of Prince, Stevie Wonder and Take That.

Beverley recently starred as Emmeline Pankhurst in SYLVIA at the Old Vic in London.
Beverley Knight has played several leading roles in West End productions including Faye Treadwell in The Drifters Girl, Rachel Marron in The Bodyguard (Dominion Theatre), Felicia Farrell in Memphis The Musical (Shaftesbury Theatre), Grizabella in Cats (London Palladium) and most recently Emmeline Pankhurst in hip hop musical Sylvia at The Old Vic.
Sister Act at the Dominion Theatre
From 15 March to 8 June 2024, Beverley Knight will star in the lead role of Delores Van Cartier in Sister Act at the Dominion Theatre. From 10 June to 31 August 2024, Alexandra Burke will take over in the part of Delores Van Cartier.
