Bad Jews extends its run at the Arts Theatre.
Bad Jews is to extend its West End run at the Arts Theatre by six weeks and will now close on 11 July 2015. It had been due to finish its three month run on 30 May 2015 however the sudden cancellation of the UK tour of Beautiful Thing two months early has allowed for this extension.
The production of Bad Jews originated at Theatre Royal Bath’s Ustinov Studio last year before transferring to London’s St James Theatre in January 2015 and the Arts Theatre in February.
Set in Manhattan, Joshua Harmon’s comedy centres on a group of relatives fighting over a treasured family heirloom left by a beloved grandfather.
The original Bath and St James cast reprise their roles at the Arts – Jenna Augen, Gina Bramhill, Joe Coen and Ilan Goodman.
Directed by Michael Longhurst, the play features set design by Richard Kent, lighting by Richard Howell and sound design Adrienne Quartly.
