From Mischief Comedy’s new work-in-progress show, to a live version of The Guilty Feminist podcast, and comedy from Rosie Jones, the 45-strong line up for Shedinburgh Fringe Festival’s first London residency at the Young Vic is bursting with variety.
Shedinburgh Fringe Festival 2026 has unveiled its full line-up for its first London residency, with over 45 shows and 50 performances coming to the intimate, shed-inspired venue between 19 September and 10 October 2026. Audiences can expect a programme spanning theatre, comedy, music, live art and new writing, with highlights including Mischief Comedy’s new work-in-progress show, a live recording of The Guilty Feminist podcast, and comedy show from Rosie Jones.
The festival starts with actress and writer Jessie Cave’s Sunrise, as well as Corpse, by Kirsty Mann, both of which are on the bill for 19 September. Sunrise is about Jessie trying to get her personal life in order, before her kids wake up, and following a complex break-up, and Corpse is essentially a ghost story about Mann buying a house that someone had died in. Comedian, actress and writer Sara Pascoe’s Jazz, meanwhile, will be a comedic piece performed on 24 September focused on “slagging off” Jazz, and Mischief Comedy’s space-themed work-in-progress comedyWe Have a Problem on 27 September.
Other highlights include a stripped-back performance of the cult hit comedy Police Cops: The Original on 10 October, which promises to have relentless physical comedy, a soundtrack of ’80s bangers, exaggerated stunts and moustaches that mean business through a show that parodies ’80s American action blockbusters. Plus, BAFTA-nominated writer and comedian Rosie Jones’ new storytelling show, Anyone But Me, will be shown on 2 and 3 October as a work in progress, and there’s a live recording of the hit podcast The Guilty Feminist with Deborah Frances-White happening on 10 October.
