From the Heart in London

Oscar-winning lyricist Don Black returns to the West End with revue From The Heart following a sell-out run last year.

From The Heart is born from Don’s deep love of New York’s off-Broadway revues, and features music from some of his most celebrated collaborators, including Gary Barlow, Natasha Bedingfield, David Arnold, Alan Menken, Mike Batt and many more.

Don Black’s 50 year career has included show-stopping musical numbers and soaring ballads to a quintet of James Bond themes, including Bond theme Diamonds Are Forever, Oscar-winning song Born Free, and lyrics to hit Andrew Lloyd Webber musicals Sunset Boulevard and Aspects of Love.

An all-star cast

Returning to the cast for this exciting evening of music are West End star Clive Rowe (Sister Act, Guys and Dolls) and award-winner Caroline O’Connor (Gypsy). Olivier Award nominee Michael Xavier is also part of the cast, as well as Eastenders actress Shona McGarty and Olivier Award nominee Frances Mayli McCann (The Great Gatsby).
