New leading stars of The Book of Mormon are to join the cast at the Prince of Wales Theatre in London
Hit Broadway musical The Book of Mormon is to see new leading cast members this summer.
From 28 July 2014, the cast of the multi-Tony and Olivier Award-winning show includes Billy Harrigan Tighe as Elder Price and A.J. Holmes as Elder Cunningham.
Billy Harrigan Tighe has extensive Broadway and US theatre credits including Pippin, Wicked, La Cage Aux Folles, Hairspray, Happy Days, Footloose and Dreamgirls.
A. J. Holmes has played Elder Cunningham in all three North American companies of The Book of Mormon, with other stage credits including Young Frankenstein Next To Normal.
The London production of The Book of Mormon won four Olivier Awards in 2014 including Best New Musical and remains one of London’s hottest shows.
The Book of Mormon is written by South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone and Avenue Q co-creator Robert Lopez. The show is directed by Casey Nicholaw and Trey Parker.
The full cast of the London production of The Book of Mormon continues to include Alexia Khadime, Stephen Ashfield, Kevin Harvey, Hugo Harold Harrison, and Chris Jarman with Mark Anderson, Benjamin Brook, Daniel Clift, Christopher Copeland, Ashley Day, Keisha T Fraser, Patrick George, Nadine Higgin, Evan James, Aisha Jawando, Michael Kent, Sia Kiwa, Joshua Liburd, Daniel MacKinlay, David McMullan, Felix Mosse, Tanya Nicole-Edwards, Terel Nugent, David O’Reilly, Lucy St. Louis, Ashley Samuels, Rhys Taylor, Kayi Ushe, Michael Vinsen and Tosh Wanogho-Maud.
