Big new musicals now playing in London in 2026 include Paddington the Musical at the Savoy Theatre and Beetlejuice at the Price Edward Theatre.
New musicals on the horizon include the much-anticipated revival of RENT at the soon-to-be Tom Stoppard Theatre (Duke of York’s); Into the Woods, transferring to the Noël Coward Theatre after a sellout run at the Bridge Theatre; Thelma & Louise: The Musical at The Young Vic; and Pride the Musical, which transfers to the Bridge Theatre following a sold-out summer at the National Theatre.
Exciting plays coming up include Noel Coward’s Hay Fever in the West End starring Christine Baranski and Richard E. Grant; Kristin Scott Thomas and Stephen Mangan in The Cherry Orchard; a new staging of The Lives of Others tickets starring Keira Knightley & Luke Thompson at the Adelphi Theatre; and the new one-part reimagining of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, the most awarded play in history.
