Laurence Fox stars as Guy Haines in Strangers on a Train at the Gielgud Theatre

LAURENCE FOX in Strangers on a Train at the Gielgud TheatreLaurence Fox is part of the Fox acting dynasty that includes his actress sister Lydia Fox, his famous uncles, actor Edward Fox and theatre and film producer Robert Fox, and actor cousins Emilia Fox and Freddie Fox.

Perhaps best known for playing Detective Sergeant James Hathaway alongside Kevin Whately in ITV’s drama Lewis, Laurence Fox’s other screens appearances including Island at War and A Room With A View, and film work in Elizabeth: The Golden Age, Gosford Park, and WE.

Laurence Fox trained at RADA, and his stage work includes Our Boys at the Duchess Theatre, Peter Hall’s production of Mrs Warren’s Profession at the Strand Theatre, Tis a Pity She’s a Whore as Southwark and Christopher Hampton’s Treats at the Garrick Theatre.

Laurence Fox is married to actress Billie Piper.

The cast of Strangers on a Train also includes Jack Huston, Christian McKay, Miranda Raison, Imogen Stubbs and MyAnna Buring.
