Rachel Tucker & Tori Allen-Martin join Wild About You cast for London premiere

More cast announced for the London premiere of new musical Wild About You

Hot off her run in Sunset Boulevard Rachel Tucker & Tori Allen-Martin join previously announced Oliver Tompsett (& Juliet, In Dreams) and Will & Grace’s Eric McCormack in the show which plays a limited run at Andrew Lloyd Webber’s iconic Theatre Royal Drury Lane.

Rachel Tucker most recently played Norma Desmond (alternate) in Jamie Lloyd’s acclaimed production of Sunset Boulevard at the Savoy Theatre in London. Her many West End credits include Come From Away, Wicked, The Last Ship, We Will Rock You and will also appear in the upcoming concert production of Side Show at the London Palladium.

Tori Allen-Martin is an actor/writer/singer-songwriter. Her theatre credits include Here We Go (TV), One Man Two Guvnors (New Wolsey Theatre); Park Bench (Park Theatre), The Season (Royal & Derngate), Rock of Ages (tour) & Rent (regional). 

Wild About You, A New Musical which was previously titled With(out) Her, features music and lyrics by Chilina Kennedy, a book by Eric Holmes.

The production is presented in two concert performances on Monday 25 March and Tuesday 26 March 2024 and has direction and choreography by Nick Winston (Burlesque,Bonnie & Clyde).

The storyline, set to a pop-folk score, revolves around Olivia, waking up in a hospital with a hazy memory, attempting to piece together her life. The narrative explores themes of love, loss, and rediscovery.

Wild About You is the latest musical to be presented in concert style in London’s West End.
