Kim is a bright and funny Jersey teen, who happens to look like a 72-year-old lady. And yet her aging disease may be the least of her problems. Forced to manoeuvre family secrets, borderline personalities, and possible felony charges, Kim is determined to find happiness in a world where not even time is on her side.

Tony Award winning show Kimberly Akimbo A New Musical might just be heading to London's West End. Jeanine Tesori, the show's composer revealed her hopes for a London transfer at the Tony Awards, America's most prestigious theatre awards ceremony which were held on Sunday 11 June. Tesori said: “I love working in London and so I’ve made it really clear I really want this to come there, to play a small place.” Tesori even nominated her preferred venues Hampstead Theatre and the Young Vic. Tesori's musical Fun Home played a limited run at the Young Vic. Kimberly Akimbo A New Musical picked up 5 Tony Awards: Best Musical, best book of a musical for David Lindsay-Abaire, best original score for Jeanine Tesori (music) and David Lindsay-Abaire (lyrics), best actress for Victoria Clark and best performances by an actress in a featured role for Bonnie Milligan.
